Walk in the footsteps of Fryderyk Chopin

18 May 2016 (Wednesday) from 16.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m.

Before the conference starts we invite you for the walk in the footsteps of Fryderyk Chopin. The tour will contain a walk from the Old Town, via the Royal Rout to the Ostrogski Palace, which houses the Fryderyk Chopin Museum that boasts the world’s largest Chopin memorabilia collection. During the walk participants will be accompanied by a professional guide, who will introduce them to the greatest Polish composer and his life in Warsaw. It was in Warsaw that he spent the first 20 years of his life, studied music, made lifelong friends, learned the manners of society and gave his first concerts.

The tour is free of charge. However, participants are asked to declare their attendance at the event through the registration system by 29 April, 2016.

The organisers do not provide transportation to the starting point of the tour – participatns are supposed to get there on their own.

We invite you just now to take a virtual tour of places connected with Fryderyk Chopin. All you need to do is to click here.
